Now that the update is completed, we cook at home more often, sometimes 6 nights a week because the kitchen is fun to be in."

CHEF SCOTTY'S Tejas Thai Burgers Ingredients: 1 1/4 pounds ground beef 6 tbs. creamy peanut butter 3 tbs. sour cream 2 tbs. fresh lime 4 tbs. soy sauce 2 tbs. fresh coriander, chopped 2 tbs. fresh ginger, grated 1/2 tbs. red pepper flakes 4 jalapeno cheese hamburger buns 5 lettuce leaves Directions: Preheat grill. Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 tbs. of lime juice and 2 tbs. soy sauce. Mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, 2 tbs. soy sauce, 1 tbs. lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Knead together and form into patties.
